The Oslandia team at a seminar!

Oslandia is an atypical organization with strong values based on autonomy, trust, and openness.

These values are reflected in our organization: since the company was founded, we have relied on remote working with employees spread across France. This approach allows everyone to organize their tasks and working day freely.

But we also really enjoy getting together, as we did last week in Paris for our winter team-building event!

These days are an opportunity to share special moments, discuss important topics, and… take a great team photo 🙂

For this session, we launched a serious game designed by our team, the “game of a thousand projects”:

• Will the team manage to deliver a satisfied customer despite all the obstacles that come their way during the five sprints?
• The “firewall & chill” team did pretty well.
