Support is for the latest LTR version ( « Long Term Release»). QGIS project publishes a new LTR version per year. Each LTR receives regular corrective updates, in which all corrections made by Oslandia are integrated. You have access to all these versions as soon as they are released. Depending on the level of support, Oslandia also provides an installer including corrections made before the release of the official patch update.
The QGIS project also publishes two intermediate versions every year, every four months. Contact us if you want support on these versions.
Be serene everyday! If you encounter a problem on QGIS, the rapid mobilization of our experts, all QGIS developers, will allow you to face the situation by offering you a quick and efficient solution.
You have access to an annual survey on the developments you would like to see in QGIS. You participate in the life of the project by directing the developments made by Oslandia.

- L1 bugs are critical bugs leading to a crash or data loss
- L2 bugs are severe bugs, blocking the use of a feature of the application
- L3 bugs are medium level bugs, considered as non-blocker
- Supported processing modules are the ones packaged with the official QGIS release
- Office hours are 9:00 to 18:00 Paris time (GMT+1)
