Why take an Help Desk offer?

The goal of Help Desk is to provide our team of expert engineers to support you in your projects. We help you to learn how to use libraries, solve problems you encounter on a daily basis, and get support and guidance on all issues related to software tools.

Help Desk applies to our core expertise (PostGIS/QGIS/3D) and some tools from the OSGeo Live Suite.

Pricing

A single price for all software listed above. Our offers are based on time consumed.

Terms

  • Prepaid support package valid for one year
  • Take-up time: 12 hours max.
  • A client referrer appointed by contract
  • Countdown to time spent per 15 minutes
  • Current count and remaining time available directly on the ticketing platform
  • End of service at the end of the time ordered or at the end of the period of validity
  • Assistance during working hours only (Mon-Fri, 9 am-6pm)
  • Support English, French or Spanish languages

Help Desk workflow

  • Access to a ticketing plateform.
  • An e-mail access to this platform is also possible.
  • A telephone appointment is made for more efficiency, as required.
